Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LanceFlow ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and LanceFlow.

LanceFlow is a business management platform for freelancers that provides:

• Proposal creation and sending
• Pay-to-accept payment collection via Razorpay
• E-signature and contract signing
• Project and milestone tracking
• GST-compliant invoice generation
• Client management
• Time tracking and billing

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using LanceFlow, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at harishviswanath017@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account, use another person's account, or create accounts by automated means.

You agree not to use LanceFlow to:

• Send fraudulent proposals or misrepresent your services
• Collect payments for goods or services you do not intend to deliver
• Violate any applicable Indian or international law
• Upload malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal business activity

Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. By using the payment features, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.

LanceFlow is not a payment processor. We facilitate the connection between you and your clients via Razorpay. Any payment disputes are between you, your client, and Razorpay.

You are responsible for correctly configuring your Razorpay keys and for compliance with RBI regulations applicable to your business.

LanceFlow provides invoice generation tools to help you create GST-compliant invoices. However, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of your GSTIN, tax rates applied, and the correctness of your invoices. We are not a tax advisor and nothing in this Service constitutes tax advice.

You retain full ownership of all content you create in LanceFlow — proposals, invoices, client data, and project files. You grant LanceFlow a limited license to store and display this content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload and the data you collect from clients complies with applicable privacy laws.

LanceFlow offers a free plan and a paid Professional plan at ₹699/month. Pricing may change with 30 days notice. You will be notified by email before any price change affects your subscription.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Refunds are not provided for partial months. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

LanceFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LanceFlow's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
